Continuing to support our plan members through the COVID-19 pandemic
COVID-19 remains a global health crisis and presents challenges that are unprecedented and constantly changing. As we continue to navigate these challenging times, the health and wellbeing of our staff and our membership continues to be at the heart of our efforts.
Responding to a government mandate and public health authorities recommendations, AOMBT staff are now working remotely. This decision is also in the best interest of our staff, and ultimately our membership.
Our staff will continue to respond to voice messages, e-mails and remain ready to serve our membership through remote services.
As the AOMBT office is now closed, we ask that members arrange to make payments for benefit premiums, arrears owing, and all other payments, electronically rather then mailing in cheques. If you are unsure how to set this up, please contact Raymond Dong at firstname.lastname@example.org.
