You spoke; we heard. Tell us more!

Thank you to all who participated in part one of the Plan Member Survey conducted by Cathexis. We’ve already received the results, and are assessing the findings. We had a great response to the first survey, which was completed by 498 members. The majority of members feel their needs are “completely” or “mostly” met by AOMBT, but there are areas where we need to do better. Read more about what members are saying in this one-page summary.

You’ll receive the second survey in your inbox this week.

SSQ Insurance has launched an information guide to help understand travel insurance coverage for emergency medical expenses, as well as trip cancellations and interruptions, directly related to the different risk levels issued by the Canadian government. While it can't answer every travel-related question, it can help plan members make informed decisions. Visit this interactive guide for information on what to expect in the event of emergency medical expenses, trip cancellation or interruption.
