AOMBT and Desjardins launch a new investment option: NRP
We've added a new option to our Investment lineup!
What is a Non-Registered Plan (NRP)?
An NRP helps you save beyond the limits of your registered plans while benefiting from similar carefully selected investment options and lower fees offered under your group plan. You can use these savings for any purpose, including supplementing your retirement savings.
There are no limits to the amounts you can contribute to an NRP. Your contributions are not tax-deductible like in an RRSP, but you can withdraw from an NRP with no withholding taxes. It’s important to note that any investment gains you make in an NRP are taxable.
