AOMBT recognized with Healthiest Workplace Award

The AOM Benefits Trust has been recognized as one of the top Healthiest Workplaces by Dialogue Health Technologies Inc. This award is a celebration of our efforts to prioritize member wellbeing and create a supportive and healthy environment.

The Healthiest Workplace Awards celebrate Dialogue clients who demonstrate an exceptional commitment to employee health and well-being. This award is reserved for organizations that have been direct clients of Dialogue for at least six months, celebrating their measurable contributions to improving team health and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Midwives have had access to Dialogue’s Virtual Care, Wellbeing, and Mental Health+ services since 2020, supported by a grant from the Ministry of Health. This year, we expanded to include Dialogue’s MFAP services, for midwives as well as Toronto Birth Centre and AOM staff.

Awardees are selected based on several key criteria, including deep engagement with Dialogue’s services as evidenced by high registration and utilization rates, exceptional Well-Being Scores as measured against World Health Organization benchmarks, and offering comprehensive care through Dialogue’s services. With less than 1% of Dialogue’s clients and partners awarded this recognition, this is a celebration of organizational commitment to improve Canadian health and well-being.
