As of June 19, 2023, Beneva will be consolidating its online tools as the next step in the transition from SSQ Insurance to Beneva.

What this means for you:

As of June 19, 2023, the ssq.ca website will be redirected to beneva.ca including access to the Client Centre.
All SSQ Insurance and La Capitale products will be available to members in one Client Centre.
You may have already received communications directly from Beneva informing you of this change. To ensure a smooth transition, Beneva has temporarily put in place an additional team of customer service agents to support you through this change.
Once you have logged into the Client Centre, and selected the "Group Insurance" tab, you will find yourself in the same interface you used on the SSQ Insurance website.

You will need to download the Beneva mobile app. It looks different, but functions remain the same. You can use the same login credentials you used for the SSQ app; your account has already been transferred. Need help? Call Beneva tech support at 1-855-747-2233.
