March 8 is International Women’s Day. This year’s theme is Inspire Inclusion.
“Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that's diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women's equality. Collectively we can all #InspireInclusion.”
The AOMBT acknowledges and supports the collective mobilization of efforts to forge a more inclusive world for women.
As part of our continuing efforts towards Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI), the Trust has created an Accountability Statement that reaffirms our commitments to “eradicating systemic racism and achieving justice for all requires support and engagement from a broad range of people, groups, and communities,” and outlines what we’re doing to achieve these goals.
