Important Update: Member Information Report (MIR) Access Ended July 15, 2025

As part of our commitment to improving your experience, the AOM Benefits Trust is developing a new and improved MIR process for 2026. This updated system will be more secure, streamlined, and easier for members to access their annual statements.

To support this transition, individualized access to the current MIR portal closed permanently on July 15, 2025.

Your individualized access closed July 15 as AOMBT develops a new MIR process for 2026 that is more secure and simpler for members to receive their annual statements. Check your email communication from AOMBT for more information. In the meantime, AOMBT is now providing “on demand” member reports going forward by emailing info@midwivesbenefits.ca

The Member Information Report (MIR) is an annual financial statement compiled by the AOM Benefits Trust providing midwife plan members timely, accurate information about your benefits funding and other programs which you participate in, including:

• AOMBT Benefits (basic and optional)
• Group retirement savings plan
• Leave Savings Account (optional)
• Wellness Spending Account (optional)
