Member and Family Assistance Program
We are here to support you on your journey to wellness. One aspect of this support is your Member and Family Assistance Program (MFAP).
Provided by TELUS Health, MFAP services include up to three hours of one-one-one counselling sessions, in-person or over the phone.
Get assistance with personal problems and/or work-related problems that may impact your work performance, health, mental and emotional wellbeing.
In addition to short-term, solution-focused counselling, the MFAP offers life coaching, up to one hour of financial planning and legal advice, and nutritional counselling. Whether you’re looking for caregiving support, have questions about substance abuse, or are just looking for tips on getting a good night’s sleep, your MFAP is there to help.
