In June, as part of the transition from SSQ Insurance, our carrier Beneva consolidated and rebranded its online tools. Recognizing that some users were encountering difficulties using the new system, Beneva created a Claiming Help Guide to assist you when you submit a claim. You’ll find solutions to help you overcome several of the most frequently occurring problems.

Travel Advisory

The conflict between Israel and Hamas has prompted the Government of Canada to review its advisory levels for this area, as well as for neighbouring countries. As the situation is currently very unstable, a country’s advisory status can rise to Level 4 at any time, meaning all travel should be avoided.
