The Healthiest Workplace Awards celebrate Dialogue clients who demonstrate an exceptional commitment to employee health and well-being. This award is reserved for organizations that have been direct clients of Dialogue for at least six months, celebrating their measurable contributions to improving team health and fostering a positive workplace culture.

The Trust is pleased to announce that our previous grant-funded programs have been extended for the duration of 2025 and through the end of March 2026.

For midwives and AOM staff plan members, your Member and Family Assistance Program (MFAP) is moving from TELUS Health to Dialogue, Effective January 1, 2025. For TBC staff plan members, the change will take effect February 1.

It is important the AOMBT have the correct earnings on file, as some benefits are tied to annual earnings.

Each person reacts differently to medication. Some people suffer intolerable side-effects, others not so much. Finding the right medication and dosage can be complicated. Pharmacogenomic tests help reduce trial and error, so you can feel better, faster. 

On disability? During the winter holidays, some payment dates have changed to reflect seasonal closures.

Like many things in life—mortgages, car leases or cell phones—after some time, you have to renew your contract. The same holds true for our group benefits plan. A benefits plan renewal typically occurs annually. This year, our renewal date has moved ahead to January 1, to coincide with the calendar year and simplify claims submission. While it's common to feel a little blue during the winter, for some individuals the arrival of winter leads to a high level of emotional distress. If you have difficulty engaging in normal work and social activities each winter, you may be suffering from SAD.

Effective September 1, your Critical Illness plan has been enhanced with additional benefits, including some related to mental health.
