Our partner Gallagher has resources and information on wellness following monthly themes. This month’s theme is cancer awareness and prevention. Start with your Wellbeing Activity: Walk to prevent cancer. Just a 15-30-minute walk five days a week can increase your wellbeing and mitigate your cancer risk.
Adding in some strength training is beneficial, too. Don’t take an all-or-nothing approach. What’s most important is being physically active on a consistent basis.
